When you finish a run, your game uploads your score to the Steam leaderboard for that game, which Valve hosts. We pull that leaderboard from Valve through the Steamworks partner API and keep a copy so we can display it. So the leaderboard information reaches us from Valve rather than from you.

Our copy holds your Steam ID (the numeric SteamID64), your score, and when it was set. That's all of it. We never see your Steam password.

A Steam ID can be used to look up a public Steam profile, so we treat it as personal data even though it isn't your name. Leaderboards are public by design. If you don't want a score shown, don't submit one.

You can sign in to this site with your Steam account. Valve handles the sign-in and confirms your Steam ID to us once it succeeds. Your password is entered on Valve's own page. It never passes through this site, and we never receive it.

Signing in sets a single session cookie so the site remembers you for the rest of your visit. It is required for sign-in to function, is not used for advertising or analytics, and expires when your session ends. We set no other cookies and run no tracking or analytics of any kind.

Our server also keeps ordinary access logs recording IP addresses and requested pages. These are used to keep the site running and are deleted after about two weeks.

On servers in San Francisco, United States, run for us by DigitalOcean. If you're in the UK or EEA, that means your entry is transferred to and held in the US.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process leaderboard data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and displaying a public leaderboard, and we process sign-in data on the basis of your request to access the site's signed-in features. You may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests at any time using the address above.

Leaderboard entries stay indefinitely so rankings hold up over time. We delete yours whenever you ask.

We do not sell your information and never have. DigitalOcean hosts our servers. Beyond that we disclose nothing, except where we are required to by law.

Email blargis3d@gmail.com with your SteamID64. That is the only way we can find your record, since we hold nothing else about you. We'll respond within 30 days, free, and may ask you to show the account is yours so nobody else can wipe your scores.

We remove both our copy and the underlying entry on the Steam leaderboard, so the score is gone from both. What we cannot do is delete your Steam account or anything else Valve holds about you. Those are matters for Valve, and Steam Support can help with them.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or tell us to stop using it. If you're in the UK or EEA and we handle that badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Our games and this site are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly hold their data.

If anything described here changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
